HASANI MC DONALD

Joining GREYS LEGAL CHAMBERS as an Associate Member in November 2022 is Mr. Hasani Mc Donald. Hasani is a lawyer with extensive contentious and non-contentious civil and commercial experience.  He has substantial scholastic achievements ranging from being adjudged the most outstanding second year student 2021-2022 at the Norman Manley Law School, taking ‘The Raphael Codlin Memorial Prize’.

Other recent awards include ‘The Samuda and Johnson Prize’ for the best overall academic performance in Trial Advocacy and participation in community development-based activity and ‘The Grant Stewart Phillips & Co.’ award for the best performance in the aggregation of marks in Conveyancing and Registration of Title.

He accepts instructions in all of the Firm’s areas of practice and is equally adept acting for Claimants or Defendants particularly in a commercial or corporate context.

Hasani is currently an Executive Member of the St. Kitts National Youth Parliament and has been instrumental in organizing, participating and executing parliamentary debates, youth forums and other charity initiatives.

Recent successes include appearances before the Court of Appeal (late 2022) and extensive High Court and Magisterial appearances both in Saint Kitts and on Nevis.
